Love is determined by the brain, so say researchers

Love takes hold only our minds but also our bodies. When you're heart rate goes crazy in love, we feel that we have a "knot in the stomach", and mood changes from one second to another.
Now comes a new study to demonstrate that all these symptoms are caused by the brain. The study by American scientists used MRI imaging to monitor the brains of 10 women and 7 men who declared themselves "deeply lover. All participants were involved in relationships whose duration varied from one month to two years.
When the participants were shown pictures of a loved one were found in the brain and emotional responses were recorded in an area involved in motivation and reward. Experts explained that the intense and passionate love using the same system in the brain that is activated when drug addiction.
